The Light Pro is a full alarm with a siren, a two way remote and an immobiliser tag, built with no SIM so there is nothing to pay monthly for the alarm itself. It says plainly that tracking is the trade-off. The S5-VTS answers that directly, adding Thatcham category S5 monitored tracking with its own Automatic Driver Recognition tag, watched by a UK control centre around the clock.
Fit the Light Pro and the S5-VTS as this package and we link the two together at the fitting stage: if the Light Pro notices a door, a shock, a knock or an attempt on the ignition, the S5-VTS's control centre already knows about it as well, and will call you. That link is not a feature either product carries on its own out of the box, and it is not something you get by simply buying both separately.

No, not with this package. We link the Light Pro to the S5-VTS when we fit them together, so if the Light Pro notices a door, a shock, a knock or an attempt on the ignition, the control centre already knows about it too and will call you to check, whether or not the car has actually gone anywhere yet.
Driver recognition. The S5-VTS carries its own tag and tells the control centre whether an authorised driver is present, which is what a Thatcham S5 policy specifically requires. If your insurer only asks for S7, the plain S7 version of this pairing is the more sensible spend.
Yes: the Light Pro's Bluetooth immobiliser tag, and the S5-VTS's Automatic Driver Recognition tag. They control different systems, and we will make sure you know which is which before we leave.
No. The alarm's siren works on the driveway, before or during an attempt. The S5-VTS's job is what happens if the car is actually taken, which the alarm alone cannot solve.
