The Light Pro is a genuinely full alarm: a siren, a proper sensor package, an immobiliser tag and a two way remote, deliberately built with no SIM card so there is nothing to pay monthly on the alarm itself. The trade-off is stated plainly on its own page: no GPS, no mobile connection, no way to tell you where the car is from a distance. The S7 is exactly that missing half, added on its own terms rather than bolted in as an afterthought.
Fit the Light Pro and the S7 as this package and we link the two together at the fitting stage: if the Light Pro notices a door, a shock, a knock or an attempt on the ignition, the S7's control centre already knows about it as well, and will call you. That link is not a feature either product carries on its own out of the box, and it is not something you get by simply buying both separately.
The Light Pro's own page is upfront about what it gives up for having no SIM: tracking. This pairing is the direct answer to that trade-off, for anybody who wants the local alarm without the ongoing cost, plus recovery on top.
The Light Pro's siren changes a thief's calculation on the driveway. The S7's monitoring centre works the recovery if the car is taken anyway, which the siren alone cannot do.
The Light Pro has no subscription at all. The S7's monitoring is the only recurring cost in this package, so you are not paying twice for two connected systems.

No, not with this package. We link the Light Pro to the S7 when we fit them together, so if the Light Pro notices a door, a shock, a knock or an attempt on the ignition, the control centre already knows about it too and will call you to check, whether or not the car has actually gone anywhere yet.
Cost and control. The Light Pro's siren and sensors work identically to the connected systems without a SIM, and this pairing adds tracking from Scorpion's own subscription rather than folding everything into one manufacturer's connected package. For some vehicles that separation genuinely suits better; for others a Smart or Smart Pro on its own is the simpler answer, and we will say which applies to you.
